Welcome to Wafaa Quran Institute. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, courses, and any related content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions
• “Institute” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Wafaa Quran Institute.
• “Student” / “You” / “Your” refers to any user, visitor, or enrolled participant using our Services.
• “Course” refers to any live, recorded, or self-paced class offered by the Institute.
• “Live Session” refers to real-time online teaching provided through video conferencing platforms.
• “Recorded Course” refers to any pre-recorded content available for viewing.
• “Platform” refers to the website and any associated systems used by the Institute.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, enrolling, accessing, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility & Registration
• Students must provide accurate information when registering.
• Minors under age 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any registration.
4. Use of Services & License
• Students are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access course materials for personal learning.
• Students may not copy, distribute, upload, publicly share, or reproduce course materials.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. One account = one student.
5. Fees & Payments
• Fees for each course or subscription are listed on the website.
• Payments must be made in advance.
• Accepted payment methods are listed on the Platform.
• Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Refunds must be requested within the designated time frame: with in 3 days of registration.
• Refunds may be denied if the student has:
• Attended any live session(s), or
• Accessed a significant portion of the course content.
• Registration or administrative fees (if any) may be non-refundable.
• If a course is canceled by the Institute, students will be offered either a full refund or course credit.
7. Scheduling, Attendance & Make-Up Policy
• The Institute strives to offer flexible scheduling across time zones.
• Students are responsible for attending sessions on time.
• Make-up classes may be available upon request but are not guaranteed.
• The Institute is not responsible for missed classes due to student-side technical issues.
8. Student Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
Students must:
• Attend sessions with proper etiquette and Islamic manners.
• Treat teachers and classmates with respect.
• Avoid abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
• Follow instructions and participate appropriately.
Violation may result in warnings, suspension, or termination from the Institute.
9. Teacher Credentials & Educational Standards
• The Institute strives to provide qualified teachers trained in Tajweed, Hifz, Islamic Studies, and related subjects.
• The Institute may change or reassign teachers as needed.
• No specific learning outcomes or completion guarantees are promised.
10. Certificates & Ijazah
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of applicable courses.
• Ijazah (where applicable) is granted only after meeting the required standards and assessments.
• The Institute does not guarantee Ijazah unless all requirements are fulfilled.
11. Technical Requirements
• Students are responsible for ensuring:
• Stable internet connection,
• Working devices (computer, phone, tablet), and
• Compatible with learning portals like zoom, teams etc
